The Queen Box Frequently Asked Questions


  • What is The Queen Box?

    • The Queen Box is the newest addition here at My Diva Boutique! This deluxe subscription service will allow you to be the first to receive the newest styles and designs before being released to the public on a monthly basis.

    • Each box will include various items exclusively from My Diva Boutique, as well as a “Guest Feature” item from a black owned business. In addition, you will also have the opportunity to win the Golden Ticket; this will unlock a special prize for one lucky winner each month and is only available to The Queen Box monthly subscribers.


  • How does it work?

    • When placing your subscription order, you are billed immediately for that monthly box. For example, if you sign up by August, 31st your first box will be the September box. Once you’ve signed up, your box will be shipped by the 10th of every month. There is no need to sign up again once you have signed up to receive monthly boxes. This is a recurring subscription, and you will be billed on the 30th of each month.


  • When will my order ship?

    • Subscription boxes ship out on the 10th of each month. Order by the last day of the month to get the next month's box. For example, if you order on January 25th, you'll receive the February box that ships on February 10th.


  • When will I get my order?

    • Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information to the email address you have provided. Please allow 3-5 business days for you to receive your box.

  • What all comes in the box?

    • A premium tee from My Diva Boutique (with our signature bling or course), 2-3 additional My Diva Boutique items, a “Guest Feature” item from a black owned business, and the opportunity to win the "Golden Ticket"

  • What is the Golden Ticket?

    • Every month one lucky Queen will receive a Golden Ticket in their box. This will unlock a special gift chosen by the team. It's going to be fab we promise!

  • Can I cancel my monthly subscription?

    • Yes, you may cancel your subscription by logging into your Paypal account or sending an email to before the 30th billing date.

  • How do I renew my subscription after cancelling?

    • If you cancel your subscription and decide to return, you would just purchase The Queen Box as a new order.

  • When will I be billed for my subscription box?

    • You will be billed on the 30th of each month.

  • How do I track my order?

    • Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided via the email associated with your order/account.

  • What if my box is sent to the wrong address?

    • Please be sure that you have provided the correct address when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible if you’ve provided an incorrect address and your box is delivered to the wrong address. If you’ve entered in the wrong address or need to update your address email us at before the 10th of the month so we can make the adjustment in your account before your box ships. Once an order has been shipped, we can not be held responsible for a shipment to the wrong address if you have entered in an incorrect address.

  • Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes or Military addresses?

    • We are only able to deliver to P.O. Boxes within the US at this time.
